To measure the neck:
Measure around the base of the neck allowing for a comfortable fit, or measure a shirt collar that fits you well.
To measure the chest size:
With the arms relaxed at sides, measure around the largest part of the chest and shoulder blades.
To measure the sleeve size:
Measure from the centre of the back at the base of the neck, along the shoulder and down arm to the wrist with a slightly bent elbow.
To measure the waist size:
Measure around the waist at its narrowest point.
To measure the inseam:
Measure from the base of the crouch down to the desired pant length.
